Welcome to the exciting world of entertainment design. Imagine designing and making models, props, prosthetics and costumes for the latest big budget movie spectacular.

Imagine working on a cutting edge Australian film as an art director, set designer, decorator or builder or creating amazing corporate events, parties and shows - designing the sets and costumes for a play or musical or working as a designer/art director in the television industry.

This course provides a pathway into the Advanced Diploma of Live Production and Management Services and enables the learner to build design skills for live production events, theatre and film. These skills include set design and construction, costume design and fabrication, SFX makeup and prosthetics, model making, props and puppetry, camera operation and editing, graphics for events, 3D modelling, web design and event management.

Graduates that have completed their Advanced Diploma might expect employment across a broad range of entertainment industries including professional and community theatre, local council and government based events and arts programs, corporate and community events, television and motion picture productions.
