If you’re a recent graduate from film school or currently studying the screen arts – if you’re self-taught and producing your own short films or webisodes – or if you’re an early career screen creator, producer or technician working online, in film, in television or in any other format – then this is the conference for you.
Generation Next Screen Creators’ Conference 2016 is a unique opportunity to discuss, dissect and debate – to engage, argue and investigate – to talk shop, to network and to get noticed – to get informed, to get skilled, to get what you need to find your pathway; to find your place.
Over two jam-packed days you’ll interact with a mix of the new generation of professional screen creators, the thinkers, the doers, the innovators and the older hands who’ve changed with the times, who will all be part of a program that includes panel discussions, round-tables, Q&A sessions, demonstrations and plenty of opportunities for informal and informative foyer-chat. PLUS there’ll be a simultaneous Industry Expo showcasing the latest technical equipment, services and innovations.
Generation Next 2016 is for early career screen creators of all kinds – it’s for those who create the ideas and for those who realise them on both sides of the lens. Your Future: What Next? is a conference for you, where you’ll have the chance to offer your ideas, where your ideas will be challenged by others and where you’ll make the kinds of discoveries and contacts that will help you to find your pathway and find your place in the community of screen creators.
