Matt Cameron: Secrets of Secret City

Matt Cameron is an award-winning playwright and screenwriter whose practice traverses screen, stage, sketch comedy right through to political drama. The highly anticipated adaptation Secret City--a political thriller series starring Jacki Weaver, Anna Torv, Alan Dale and Dan Wyllie--premiered last weekend and is the most recent television screenplay from Matt (Jack Irish, Molly, Old School, The Wedge, Sea Change, Newstopia).

Matt and Friday on My Mind host Philippa Hawker will discuss the nature of adaptation, the expectations placed on screenwriters and the new terrain of TV drama.
