About the Opportunity:
We offer internships to current tertiary students interested in being a part of the exciting and ever-changing world of film and television. As a client services intern, an integral part of this opportunity will involve front of house duties, client services, administration, housekeeping responsibilities and
making coffees. This is a rare opportunity to network with many of Australia's most successful filmmakers and gain practical entry-level experience.
About You:
We are seeking applicants with:
- A team player with a positive attitude and a committed work ethic
- An ability to take initiative, multitask and problem solve
- A people person with excellent communication skills
- An ability to take initiative, multitask and problem solve
- A sense of humour
- Valid drivers license and hospitality experience is a plus
- An interest in film and television production, specifically post-production/producing
Program details:
-Interns must be available for a 10-week block and be able to commit to a minimum 2-3 days per week
- At least 2 of these days must be consecutive
-Applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis Graduates of our internship program have gone on to work with production companies, join crews on set, as well as work on feature films. Our most successful alumni have been those who have used their placement to seek out tasks, ask questions, be proactive and
create strong networking connections to make the most of the opportunity provided.
